Your submission is read by one person and used for one purpose: deciding, together, whether the work is a fit. It is never sold, shared, traded, or repurposed. It does not become content, case study, or example. If you ask for your information to be deleted, it is deleted.
The people who find their way here tend to have reputations, careers, and families that deserve protection. The practice is built for that. End-to-end encrypted communication channels are part of our structure and available by request.
